Psychological Connecting
Social distancing. Wie had er ooit van gehoord? Het is een onmisbaar wapen in de strijd tegen het Corona virus, weten we nu. Maar het is ook net zoiets als lopen op een been. Want door het accent eenzijdig te leggen op afstand houden, zouden we bijna vergeten hoe belangrijk nabijheid is.
Weinig geeft ons immuunsysteem zo’n oppepper als psychological connecting. Angst, zorgen, stress, paniek: wie zijn demonen wil verslaan zoekt hun nabijheid op.
Tot zover geen nieuws.
Wel nieuw, anders en zeldzaam effectief: hoe de Liber methodiek je daarbij helpt. Je hoeft er niets voor te kunnen, niets voor te leren, geen boek over te lezen – een kind kan de was doen. Alleen: die moet je dan ook wel doen. Zoals je op een fiets ook alleen maar vooruit komt door te blijven trappen.
Zodra je merkt dat het Corona gedoe je begint te bedrukken: schrijf op wat het in je oproept en lees dit hardop aan jezelf voor zonder er ook maar iets van te vinden. Wees onvoorwaardelijk aanwezig voor wat je jezelf hoort voorlezen. En nog eens. En nog eens. Doe dit minstens 1 x 1 uur per dag, als je de situatie als belastend begint te ervaren vaker. Pak het Liber boekje erbij of, wel zo makkelijk: laat je meenemen in deze geleide meditatie.
En de volgende keer dat het over social distance gaat, sta even stil bij deze vraag: zorg ik ook wel voor mijn psychological connection?
